Official Notice from the 10C
Please read the following information regarding your Ten Club tickets for PEARL JAM on August 23rd at the UNITED CENTER in CHICAGO, IL.
1) You will receive (2) reserved seated Ten Club tickets, which have been allocated by seniority in advance of the show. Rows 1-2 and 9-10 have been randomly assigned regardless of seniority.
2) You must collect the tickets at the box office on the day of the show, with a valid photo identification. Only the 10c member can collect the tickets. No exceptions.
3) All ticket sales are final. No transfers, refunds, exchanges. Reselling of 10c tickets for above face value will result in cancellation of ticket purchase, and revocation of all future ticket benefits from the Ten Club.
4) Doors will open at 6:30p. Showtime for opening act is 7:30p.
5) Box office at United Center will open at 11am on the day of the show for 10c ticket distribution. Ticket distribution will end approximately at 9:15pm.
6) The venue will designate two (2) lots to deal with 10c folks. Lot K will be a "pick-up and leave" zone from 11a - 5:30p. Lot J will be a "pick-up and stay" zone from 11a until end of show. Please cooperate with their accommodations for the Ten Club.
7) Lot K (PU and leave) will formally end at 5:30p. All cars will need to be out of this lot at this time, as it switches over to a paid lot. Attempting to leave your car in Lot K for an extended period of time will have negative consequences.
8) Lot J is the best option for those who want to PU and stay. However, there is no provision whatsoever for partying in the lots. If you are interested in meeting a couple of friendly Chicago police officers, proceed at your own risk.
9) That being said, there are plenty of scheduled city bus runs from the venue heading straight east into downtown Chicago, the lakefront and back. Contact United Center for more information on bus routes or visit http://www.unitedcenter.com.
Questions about Ten Club tickets can be directed to 1-800-724-8038 or tickets@tenclub.net.
I'm adding in option 10)!!!
10) FREE Shuttle bus service to/from Moretti's is available BOTH nights!0 -

That's definitely an idea if anyone wants to volunteer contacting them. We always provide tax receipts for donationmindi wrote:Foxy Mop wrote:With that, I'd like to announce our auction items for the events!

Unfortunately we couldn't arrange a shuttle to/from the Hyatt, but cabs will be told to available for the to/from trip, and I'm told the fare is very inexpensive ($3-6?)0 -

Funny, (and on a related note) at Rotterdam 8/13 the posters were delivered tubes included - could this mean that bringing your own tubes is not needed perhaps ? But hey, selling tubes for charity should still workWrigley 1 + 2 '16, Amsterdam '14, (Wrigley '13), Amsterdam '12, PJ20 Alpine '11, Chi '09, DC, June '08, MSG#1, June '08, Nijmegen, The Netherlands '07, Arnhem, The Netherlands '060 -

Is there anything planned for Saturday night in Chicago? Four of us are traveling from Columbus/Pittsburgh and will be staying at the Mariott Medical District, which appears to be one of the closest hotels to the UC. If anything is happening in the area related to the shows, let me know!0
