when did ed ever say he supported obama ? all i remember ever reading was something about a song that M. Cameron did.

Dude ... at several of Ed's solo shows in April 2008, he unfurled HUGE Obama banners. There's no denying who Ed supported in the last election whatsoever.
well, its obviously McCain. who else would it be?

Is it soley funded by the tax payers?

If I get sick, they find out I have cancer, how long will it take for me to get treatment?

    You know what I'm wondering...
What IF there was an anti-Obama song written...
Would the same 'Shut Up And Sing' people be saying the same thing, 'Shut Up And Sing'?
After all... it would be a political opinion... right?

I enjoy Pearl Jam's music and most, definitely not all of, their messages. The last thing on earth I care about is every other poster's politics.
Now about the music. Bushleaguer sucked (I did like the music), but overall, as a song it sucked. Worldwide Suicide was awesome. I only hope that if Pearl jam have an Anti-Obama song, is that its rocking.
I have my own political beliefs and I don't think anybody else gives a shit. And that's fine. I just don't see the need to air them anonymously on a rock band's message board like a lot of you do. I'm sure I'm not alone.

Bushleagers lyrics are freakin great........"drilling for fear makes the job simple" sh*t...the core of how humans in power get the followers to support really idiotic things....I mean come on.:lol:

Obama's doing some shit I dont' agree with but fkn Bush.....no better than Amadinijad.

seriously though. if they were going to do an anti anything song it would probably be something more clever than an outright anti-obama song. maybe an anti-system-as a whole song. the guy has been in office 6 months and has not had enough time to screw up. bush was appointed by the supreme court so on day one of his administration 50% of the country hated his guts for it.
there havent been many anti democratic presidents songs, except maybe fortunate son if it was about lbj. but bush 1 and 2 have given us a great list of songs, rockin in the free world, ministry's new world order, rage against the machine's first album was written before clinton, most of riot act lol, wyclef jeans if i were president, system of a down's BYOB, i could go on if i had all day but i don't...

btw, TA, i hear that boston show was amazing. i had 2 friends there that said it was the best show they have ever seen.
