I'm totally confused about that, too. Many have already bought skybox seat's to the Saturday October 31st show, while we here all wait & fall in manic depression about these ticket's.0 -

EXACTLY. Everyone needs to just go....bowlin, or something. Anything but be here. Enough with the Spectrum 31st threads. If you wanna talk about how awesome Philadelphia is though, by all means, go right ahead. Remember - you can't fix awesome.0 -

So Philly is really awesome! Cool!
When i'm in the city that week, I want to check out some cool art museums.
Anybody know of any, close to the Spectrum (well, within distance).
Thanks!0 -

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is great, downtown."They said ... timing was everything

I don't either. Seeing PJ on 10/28 and 10/30 (and maybe even 10/27) would soften the blow, obviously, but it would be hard to not be at the final Spectrum show.
I'd probably try to trade my Game 3 tickets for Game 4 or 5. I traded Game 4 for Game 5 last year and it worked out OK...
Phils will be down 2-0 to the Yanks at that point... so its going to be a big game... from a Philthies fan's perspective at least.Camden - 5/28/06; Camden - 6/20/08; MSG - 6/25/08; Newark - (Ed Solo) 8/7/08; Philly - (Ed Solo) 6/12/09; Philly - 10/30/09; Philly - 10/31/09; Newark - 5/18/10; MSG - 5/20/10; MSG - 5/21/100 -

Well, count me in the group that would choose sports over music if I had to.
I would say take a poll here, but this isn't the most objective place to take it. That would be just like taking it at espn.com.
I would be curious to see the results though.0 -
For me it's pretty simple: I've been lucky enough to be at two World Series games, and I've seen Pearl Jam 29 times.
That the 10/31 show would be the last the Spectrum is the only reason I'd be torn."They said ... timing was everything

U R A Crazy Breed wrote:and who the fuck picks a baseball game over a Pearl jam concert? seriously!! i love my Red Sox but there is no fucking way i would rather go see them in ANY game rather than go see PJ Live!! music is much more important than sports!
And that is why you are a Red Sox fan that didn't know the team existed until 6 years ago.
Yankees in the playoffs, Giants in the playoffs or Penn State in a Bowl Game all take precedent over PJ for me.0 -

I had to make that decision last year, the Who was in town during one of the World Series games, I chose THE WHO
It was cool being right across the street from all the WS activity thoughDon't come closer or I'll have to go0 -
I'm now hoping for a Yanks-Phils WS to give myself the best chance to get tix2006- Boston I
2008- Boston I+II
2009- Toronto, Philly III+IV
2010- Bristow, Hartford, Boston, Newark0 -
Like I said two days ago, it might be time to put this one to bed..unless someone has some new info. I'm not talking about baseball, I mean PEARL JAM, Philly 3( I hope), Just gimme the Truth!!!0
