I feel everyone's pain. I had tix to LA 4/13 in my cart on multiple occasions. Even hit the purchase button, only to have the an "unexpected error" occur. If I had "unexpected errors" like this when I was operating on someone, I would not be in business for too long! The "Goods" section has no documentation of a purchase and I have received no confirmation from 10c, but alas, my Bank of America statement has a 10c purchase for the tickets pending. Your guess is as good as mine, but I'm thinking I may go to Alaska to blow off some steam in the wild. Hey Ten Club, this totally unnecessary headache goes to 11!
I guess I should have kept trying? I was going for Santa Cruz, and had them in my cart shortly after 10:00, but after confirming my address I got the unexpected error message, and then it said temporarily out of stock. But I see that people got tickets well after 10:00 so what happened there? DAMN is all I gotta say. I'll try for Ticketmaster tix on Friday and hope for the best.

Yeah, I guess the server got overwhelmed and nobody could get the tickets. I guess persistance finally pays off.
I'm going to try to give back my Berkeley tickets. They were the first ones that came available so I bought them right away. I live in Southern Cal, however, so I'm not going to make the trip all the way up there when there are three shows right around me. Has anyone ever tried to return tickets to the ten club? I doubt they will let me do it, but I hope they would rather have the tickets go to a fan than have the seats be empty.
If anyone has advice or can help me out, they can have one of my extra santa barbara or san diego tickets.

However, when i attempted to purchase earlier, i used a different card. Now i have two transactions pending for the same venue. oh well, i can straighten it out with the bank. hopefully it will all work out. i am just glad that i received some form of confirmation....still waiting for email confirmation...i suggest everyone keep trying....good luck.

I thought that was not supposed to happen.
The site was overloaded and I logged on right at ten a.m., I kept refreshing and going back and then the page popped up and I got as far as putting in my payment info and the page popped back with "unexpected error"...
I started to cry, I wept for my chance to see this awesome concert had been lost...Just because I didnt want to miss out, I went back and tried for Berkley even though its WAY far away and I saw my home town of Santa Barbara displayed again. It must have registered my payment method because I was able to get my pair of tickets...or so it said. I am still waiting for my email confirmation, but if its true, Im crying tears of JOY now!
OMG!! It better be true!! For those people who didnt get tickets I now weep for you...and Im frowning at those who got more than they should have.
