Why no floor seats at Key Arena on Ebay/Craig's List/StubHub

So answer me this. I failed in getting a tickets through 10c but I usually have amazing skills at getting seats when they go on sale at Ticketmaster. But I was only successful getting one seat at the Seattle Key Arena show on 9/22 section 117 row 11 side stage. Off I go to investigate on Ebay, Craig's List, and Stub Hub and there is absolutely nothing on the floor listed at Key Arena sections AA/BB. This is truly strange. Peculiar. Not all floor seats would be 10c seats. I've been buying tickets at Key arena for years and there are always seats listed at resellers. That leads me to believe they have not released the floor seats to the public and may do so at a later date closer to the show. I've heard of that happening before.

I know most everyone is 10c and already have tix but did anyone obtain any floor seats via Ticketmaster?

    10C secured the entire floor, not to mention portions of the wings,...

    I missed getting my seat because I was under the influence of nitrous at my dentist.

  • I know! $2000.00 That's a crock and I don't think a legitimate posting. It's my 40th birthday on 9/22 and at least I have a ticket for that show...I just want both shows like everyone else around here.

    I will keep checking everyday until the day of the event and see what my persistence yields me.

    Y'know you could try Craigslist, most of those people are scalpers but there are a couple good deals.
    Good luck

  • Thanks. Nothing is there either. That's the weirdness of it all...at least to me. I got my 2006 Gorge seats row 12 from Ebay for 120 a pair, granted the day of the show, but typically the seats are out there on reseller sites. So either they are all reserved by 10c or not released yet. That's my theory. Sigh.

    117 row 11 is a great seat.
  • Oh yes it is! Don't get me wrong I love it and will be happy spending my birthday right there on the sidelines. I'm just hopeful for a decent floor seat for 9/21. I saw Pearl Jam at Bonnaroo last year, McCreedy side of the stage, row two and loved the experience. I will admit to some greediness as I just would love to be within the first 15-20 rows for the first show. Things will work out I am sure but was really just curious if anyone knew anything or had noticed the same thing about there being no floor seating at any reseller sites.

    I noticed the same with the Philly shows. Very few (like 4) floor seats and almost none in the closest side wings (200 sections) available on the big ticket reseller sites.

    Looks like they took all the good seats :mrgreen:

    If true, that's great news! A high Ten Club concentration usually means a great setlist and a great crowd!

    even all the "wings" seats start at row 18 on all the re sale sites..... PJ maust have been able to secure A LOT of 10c seats.....

    Hmmm. That would definitely explain why at 10:01 I checked out with seats in section 210...guess I did better than I thought, all things considered...

    Some venues have season tickets (Gorge) and others don't - guessing Key Arena after loss of Sonics don't have season tickets....and hence no floor seats available as 10c has them all.

    SHOW COUNT: (164) 1990's=3, 2000's=53, 2010/20's=108, US=118, CAN=15, Europe=20 ,New Zealand=4, Australia=5

    That cannot be true considering I know people who got floor seats from Ticketmaster.
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {

    I saw some floor tix on stubhub earlier like row 20's.
    Do you know what rows your friends got?

    Hmm.
    Maybe they reserved 1-20 on the floor and then the sides closest to the stage, that would be good i'd prefer the sides to way back on the floor.
