Yeah there's so much to see in this town, Plantations, Historic homes, Ft. Sumter, The Battery, The Hunley, some of the best golf and salt water fishing, just to name a few and lots of beautiful people.

You had me at golf and beautiful people with that pitch.

My home town was voted one of the most polite cities in the country (Charleston SC ) Lot's of history here. Beautiful beaches, Great shopping, and some of the best food on the planet. ;)

i love the old houses in Charleston ... that whole area from Savanah to Beaufort is very beautiful

Kiawah Island and Seabrook island have some sweet courses ( the ocean course) is home of the 91 ? Ryder Cup. Talk about a hard course. nothin but fairway and sand dunes. Iv'e only played it once and barely broke 90. I use to be a cart attendant at another course cos I would never pay what they are asking for cart and green fee.( $180
But there are dozens of other courses that are a lot cheaper and just as fun.

    Stono Ferry
    Legend Oaks
    Patriots Point
    Bulls Bay

Yeah it's like a step back in time . Sometime I have to remind myself thatI live in one of the best towns in the country, but there are times like now when I would like to go live up in the mountains.
