Traffic! That was a song whenever I played my parakeet would sing to. Good memories."I'd rather be with an animal." "Those that can be trusted can change their mind." "The in between is mine." "If I don't lose control, explore and not explode, a preternatural other plane with the power to maintain." "Yeh this is living." "Life is what you make it."0

Winwood/Clapton played it on tour, awesomeness ... and you sir, the winwood hater, need to go listen to Blind Faith. Definitely one of the Top 100 Rock Albums Evah!

ok.
play it.
make it snappy.Down the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green0 -

Dear Mr Fantasy would be an awesome cover. Saw Winwood and his band over here couple of years back, great show. One of the best Winwood covers has to be Warren Zevon's version of Back In The High Life Again. Come to mention it, how about PJ covering Warren. Maybe Roland The Headless Thompson Gunner of Mohammed's Radio? The secret to a happy ending is knowing when to roll the credits0

amen brother! In my personal top five of all time.~I want to realize brotherhood or identity not merely with the beings called human, but I want to realize identity with all life, even with such things as crawl upon earth.~

How bout we go way back and do Gimme Some Lovin? I think Winwood was about 17 when the Spencer Davis Group recorded that......and everyone should have some Traffic in their music collection....Ripple in still water when there is no pebble tossed nor wind to blow...0

I remember when I was lost in tent city at Woodstock 94 - "and I can't find my way home"Things were different then0
