    If there is anyone from or familiar with Phillie, I'd appreciate suggestions for where to stay. We managed to get tickets & will fly in for the shows. Neither of us have ever been to Phillie & find ourselves in unchartered territory. Appreciate, in advance, the help.

    I would stay at the airport it is only 15 min away from the spectrum

    you can stay right at the hilton - 10th & Packer Avenue and you'll be able to walk to the concert. It's a safe area. I wouldn't get suckered into the 'tourist traps' - pat's or geno's steaks (gag!), tony luke's (nasty), primos (gross) -- if you want a true south philly cheesesteak or hoagie -- go to d'alessandro's - oregon ave between 8th & 9th. born & raised south philly so i know what i'm talking about. enjoy the city & the show. Can't wait!!!
