    im not your typical american who spends and spends and goes way into debt. i've never been in debt in my life, i have enough money saved for all my necessities for at least a year. now i used pretty much all my "luxury" money on a NOW unnecessary trip to chicago. keep loving ten club people...they couldve made more money off of me with 3 shows instead of 2 if they would run their business correctly :)

    Thanks for this, by the way. Anyway, I guess we will have to release the secret of FDR to everyone and just set up camp out there. That place is in need of a festival anyway. So the least we could do is give it a tailgate.

    EDIT: ALSO, to those bitching that they're closer to Philly and got Chitown tix, just sell em and get your money back and jump on this mothafucka...Actually, don't. We here in Philly need every ticket we can get.

    I love PJ as much as the next person, but I am not going to tell someone to relax who makes a VERY valid point. It's actually OK to disagree with something they do... :lol:

    They do this trickling thing all the time and it keeps screwing people over because most of us can't do every show, and you don't know when its going to be the closest one to you or the last/only chance to see them.

    Not really. I'm guessing the announcement will be Thursday. I didn't hear any radio tonight, but usually if there's a big concert announcement WMMR will promote it all night. And I doubt they make an announcement on a Friday when no one is around to listen because most of Philly takes 3 day weekends in the summer. So I'm guessing it will be on Thursday. Usaully 10 club let's local radio stations, especially stations like WMMr that have been good to PJ over the years break the news.

    Yeah, I've been hoping for something ever since. Apparently there was - key word was - plans in the works to have that POPPED! Festival they had last year at Drexel, but this time even bigger. Instead, like everything in this city, no one could get on the same page so the large concert promoter backed out and they ended up having the 2 street Festival in NoLibs back on June 20th and it was small and sponsored by Philebrity and it rained. I love my city, but damn, it's so ass backwards sometimes due to the shitty and seedy politics.
