    i'd not that that bet. look at their plans thus far:

    4 shows in europe
    2 in chicago
    1 in toronto

    festivals
    1 in SF
    1 in TX
    1 in calgary



    i personally think it's pretty safe to assume that philly WILL be it. just a question of how many nights. they'll cokme back around when they truly do a 'world tour' for backspacer. i imagine spring or summer next year.

    I meant standard shows in the NE. The Borgata holding what like 2500 people tops is not really a standard show.

    point is, standard show or non-standard show....philly was not the only NE city to get a show in 2005. that was all. :)

    Yep and Philly was only added according to Jeff because of the backlash of only playing Atlantic City and it being too small. They had wanted to play the Spectrum in 2005 but it was booked and that's why they played the one off at the Wachovia.

    Ed says a lot of things like at his solo show in Philly last month he talked about the Spectrum and said he didn't know that they'd get back there, so say goodbye to it for him. And apparently he's going to say goodbye to it himself now. ;)

    well maybe in the news section they'll say "Philadelphia dates announced...Note: this will be the only Northeast show this year." You know, some type of confirmation.

    If it is the Spectrum, I would imagine they'll do an Atlanta 94 type of show going for EPIC status.

    Specifically, Ed said someone in the band is having a kid so no touring in '10. Someone told me that Ed said "I cant say" Not "I don't know".

    That was after the show and not when he was on stage. So either in the two hours he was on stage he changed his mind or he doesn't always tell the whole story. ;)

    ed also said that someone was expecting a baby next year....and this was back in january? so if that indeed was/is the reason...ed apparently can't add....or someone has a 12+ month pregnancy. ;)
