I generally don't care if people flip their shit. But this thing gets to me.
Hopefully the Ten Club can figure it out. :evil:0 -

I'd suggest emailing that link to auction@tenclub.net and they will do their best.
It pisses them off just as much as it pisses us off.
Violation of the 10c agreement when that person purchased the tickets through 10c.JA: Why do I get the Ticketmaster question?

It really gets me angry because I can't find inexpensive tickets for the Toronto show. at least $150 for lawn seats!! At least Chicago will treat me right.-All that's sacred comes from youth.0 -

If 10Club starts printing our names ON the tickets, then checks IDs at the entry, this kind of thing won't happen as much. It is possible. Other bands are doing it.R.i.p. Rigoberto Alpizar.

I'd support that!
However, wouldn't that be time-consuming for 10c, I wonder?
I guess that would be something for them to look into and see if it is something they would consider doing. They always seem to be trying something new in an effort to make the system better and making their fans happy.
Perhaps you could email 10c about this.
Better yet... discuss this with other members on the Porch and see what everyone has to say. of course there are pros and cons... compare all alternatives and with research (like you mentioned other bands and what their fans say), etc etc etc....JA: Why do I get the Ticketmaster question?

well if they print your name on the ticket, and last minute you cannot make it, and you give it to a friend, they arent going to be able to get in

NIN has done it the last couple of tours. I have these gorgeous grey/black/silver pieces of art aka tickets that have my name on it.
I guess it would be a problem if the person couldn't go (someone mentioned that), but that's the whole idea, that only the people who CAN GO will buy the tickets.R.i.p. Rigoberto Alpizar.

They did personalized tickets on the '96 tour...I think that was during the whole ticketmaster battle. Not sure if the third party specialized in this or if it was Ten Club's idea.-All that's sacred comes from youth.0 -
They should put 10c on the ticket instead of the price of the ticket.
This is shamefull. He should not be allowed to sell the tickets and should be kicked out of 10c
I will say this. Sometimes when I buy 10c tickets I have no one to go to. Especially if they are far away from home. 10c should offer a 1 or 2 ticket option for shows.0
