exactly one year ago tonight...

...at about this exact time, i got to see pearl jam live for the first time ever. My buddy and i traveled from buffalo to DC for this show after i was lucky enough to score tickets in section 108 row E a month before the show. Needless to say it was an amazing first show. Super long; they played until the lights went on. Every song was full of so much energy and was played amazingly. RVM and black were especially good. If you are looking for a good boot from the 2008 tour i really think this was the best show. I'll never forget it!

ps: thanks to the 2 guys next to us from boston that kept buying us beers :)

    haha yea these 2 guys who were sitting next to us came to their seats with 4 beers and when we told them this was our first PJ show, they gave us one each, then midway through the show they came back with 4 more and shared those

    lol wasn't my first pj show... but in Dallas in 03 I got wasted. Downed 6 16oz beers in 25 minutes in the parking lot. Swore of alcohol for pj shows from that point on.
