Title says it all.
People always talk about how Yield or No Code is their favorite. Vitalogy is flawless. Their darkest and most intense record.
And it contains hey Foxy and Aye Davanita. If they took those two off, wouldnt the record be 36 minutes?

To find I'd known this all along.
Anyway... the people who are bitching about it don't REALLY care how long the album is, they're just using this issue as a vessel to get out their anger from their real life issues... Someone cannot possibly care THAT much that an album is 1-2 songs (8-10 minutes) shorter than previous albums that the band has released.
But yeah if you got rid of Stupid Mop it would be a lot closer to the length of Backspacer.

Anyways...Does it really matter all that much if the new record is only 36-39 long?
So "Backspacer" probably isn't going to be a concept album like say...Tommy or Quadrophenia.
But that doesn't mean it's not going to kick major ass.
Personally...I can't wait to hear "The Fixer" on July 21st
