A review of the new album published in a German magazine said that the album is 36 minutes long.

Everyone is bitching about the rumored final album length, while others are reminding them how many classic albums share a similar length..

Really, 36 minutes of new music is hardly bad. O'Brien probably just the crap out. This album will be tight!.. and judging from the 4 songs I've heard, this album is going to be amazing!

Got Some.. The Fixer.. both have been around for a while now.. and Unknown Thought and The End are easy enough to find from Eddie solo show recordings..

I am assuming he is referring to the fact that Ed has played two songs at solo shows (Unthought Known & The End), they played Got Some on Conan, and a recording of The Fixer being played live leaked. I have only heard Got Some, and I plan to keep it that way until anything official comes out.
words seem so out of place.

40 if you count Boom's spoken word intro
A child's rhyme stuck in my head...
It said "Life is nothing but a dream."
I've spent so many years in question
To find I'd known this all along.

    Often times it comes...
    And often times it goes...
The chaotic ocean tides, wrestling with my bones.
Is that a tick? or was that a tock?
    Is that Pan again?
Or worse yet, perhaps it's the croc!
I will slay this giant crook!
My enemy shall know my name!
For I am the captain of the Jolly Roger!
    James T. Hook!!!!

i dont understand the gripe... its new music.... there are bands that tour and have been touring for years, (cough cough) Kiss, The Dead that havent put out a stitch of new music in years... we get it every couple of years... what the hell is wrong with that? If you go see a Kiss show today, its the same exact set list they played 25 years ago!
    4/12/92, 8/11/92, 9/28/96, 9/11/98, 8/23/00, 8/24/00, 7/9/03, 4/30/03, 10/1/04, 10/3/05, 12/9/05, 5/12/06, 5/17/06, 5/28/06, 6/3/06, 12/9/06, EV LA 4/12-4/13/08, 6/12/08, 6,19,08, 6,20,08, 6/24/08, 6/25/08, 7/1/08

and still jonesing for another show....
