Pearl Jam - The lowdown July 14th???

I was just searching new releases on Amazon and I came across July 14 Pearl Jam - The Lowdown.

Not sure how legit this is but I found it odd...thought new album was called Backspacer and too be released in fall. July 14th would be sweet!!!!
