Hey Guys!! I'm super excited to be blessed enough to get to see Eddie yet AGAIN for round II of his solo tour! Does anyone have any ideas on the fastest/easiest/cheapest way to get from Philly (The Marriott Philadelphia Downtown to be exact) on Market Street. There is no direct route and I guess a cab would be OK, but I was hoping to get some expert advice. They don't make it as easy as Jersey and NYC!! Thanks!! :D

  • If you are willing to go underground and experience the subway, The Market Frankford EL drops you off at the Tower Theater at the 69th St terminal. Round trip is less than $5 and is the quickest way to get there in my opinion. You can pick up the train at 13th and Market.

I think so. Just because there should be other people from the show on the same train. You should be alright, but it's always good to be on your toes.
  • Thanks!

On another note, can you get to Upper Darby from the subway line (Market-Frankfurt line) from 30th street station??? And does anyone know if parking at 30th street station is open 24 hours???

Don't know about the parking since I've never had to do that. And yes you can pick up the EL from there. Go to www.septa.org and you can plan out your trip.

Right across the street. When you come out the terminal, just walk up about half a block on 69th St.

The smoke in the Waterford got overwhelming, so I went to talk a walk and kind of stumbled upon Cheers.

Neither bar had the Phils game on. WTF :)
