    I don't know. I would look into calling the Tower and getting in touch with someone just in case.

    I thought I remembered reading something about them needing to be picked up before the opener finishes his set. Could be wrong about this, however.

    Why would you even want to wait that long? Leave work early! Fuck it! It's Friday!!!

    We are staying at the Quality Inn Philly Airport and it is about 9 miles from us. Despite people saying parking is horrible, we found a lot about 2 blocks up if you go to the tower theater (on right) and make a left. It is $4.

    Mapquest provided pretty accurate directions.

    I pray this is inaccurate. So - if you don't make it in time for Liam, you simply can't get your paid-for 10c tix?

    Like I said, I could be wrong. And as others have suggested, try calling the venue to find out for sure. But again, why wouldn't you want to get there in time to see the opening act? 10 minutes prior to Ed's set is just cutting it close, IMO.

    anyone know if you are allowed to bring in a backpack?
    taking the train in from out of town and have to carry it with me
    this opera is as lousy as it is brilliant

    Cool.

    Its not like I WANT to cut it close. I'm coming from NYC, and really can't leave work too early. So i've sucked it up to pay for an amtrak that will get me in to center city at around 6:30. will be at the venue in plenty of time now! :lol:
