just found this little '95 gem. this is amazing as hell. you could just float away ... someone posted the lyrics to it in a post too. this sounds like a soundgarden song.

wow .. why did they never record this or play it again?

    A long time ago I tried to find out some info on this song... And I'm pretty sure it was soundchecked on 07/08/98... skyiscrape has "Untitled" in the soundcheck but that could have just been labeled that because the person didn't recognize the song... I've seen it listed at pjvault as being soundchecked on that date as well but it's under improvs.

    Either way I love the song...

    A lot of places have the lyrics as "smoked my television" or something about smoked and television, but it makes more sense as "sold my television" if you read the rest of the lyrics... I think thats what it is.

    As to why they never recorded it... who knows but they also never recorded Falling Down and that's a great one as well.

    thanks for the info man. falling down is great too, but i think ed's vocal in this is much, much better and the music is so soundgarden-esque .. it's a different direction for the band. i dig it.

    wow .. honestly, i cannot stop listening to it. the way it is all dark on stage with the fire looking like candles, and how the music just makes you drift off. MY GOD! this is amazing. i cannot believe there was never anymore of it. holy shit. i'm in awe. i can't believe how much it would fit as a soundgarden song.

    hadn't watched this in a long time. watched it today and remembered how ridiculously amazing it is! doesn't even seem like pj! it sounds sooo much like a soundgarden song. anyways, i think it's a very different route for them but it is so insanely good. plus the way the stage looks and everything, it just fits so well. wow

    I know Kelly Curtis has stated that PJ records everything. So I'm sure they have recorded it as well as 'Falling Down'. I'm guessing that the band just felt that these songs are sub-par and thats why they havn't released them.
