Ten Club Pre-sales

I'm new to the Ten Club...I was wondering if someone could kindly explain to me how pre-sales work. Do they come in pairs? Do you get an e-mail of where the seats are? Any information would be great :)

    you dont know where you sit until you get your tickets at will call on the day of the show and yes they only come in pairs. you have to have id to get the tickets and they'll give you about a few days notice before the sales so check often! you'll get an email but sometimes you dont get them, depending on your email provider
