++++++NOT LIMITED TO SELLERS... PLEASE POST ANY PIT MEMBER YOU'VE HAD ANY TYPE OF EXCHANGE WITH++++++


Given some of the recent complaints of scamming on the boards, I thought it could be helpful if we list trustworthy members. This by no means suggests that anyone NOT on this list isn't trustworthy... but it certainly could help people feel comfortable engaging in a transaction with someone they've never met if others have had a positive experience with them.

PLEASE LIST THE NAMES DOWNWARD LIKE A LIST (NOT LIKE A PARAGRAPH). IT MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO UPDATE!!!!


I'm tossing SDHSClassof82's name out there... we exchanged tickets for EV April Fool's solo, and she was wonderful! She's a really sweet person, too. :)


Edit: Here is a list of trustworthy Pit members so far that have been listed. Please note that I did not include people's first names when they were listed- just SN's. Also, I didn't include all of the "X is cool to hang with" ones- just the ones involved with some sort of exchange. Please let me know if I missed anyone.

    This should be an "I trust this Pit Member" thread, as many of us trade.

    For example I made trades with:

    ovechkin8

    and

    dontloseyourheat

    and way back I think

    acousticguy

    And all of those trades etc went smooth.

    The top two guys I traded posters and I think acousticguy hooked me up with tickets.

    I'm actually mad I haven't kept a list. I've done probably 10 ticket exchanges of some sort, and perhaps another 10 trades.

    Without exception I have been happy.

    And if I can nominate myself, I've kept my end of the deal every time. :)

    i got dvds from lukinfan today and they were cheap and fabulous. he's amazing! oh and yeah demetrios but who DOESNT like this guy?! if he's out there then ama find him and kick his ass! ;)

    Yeah, I realized after I posted that it shouldn't be limited to sellers, but it's too late to change the thread title. Maybe admin can do it?


    Tangerine- she sent me a few DVD's and was very sweet!

    I also got DVD's from lukinfan. They were awesome! I have also PM'd him on a couple of occasions to ask a question and he is always really nice and answers quickly. The pit is a better place because of lukinfan.


    If I knew where it was I would take you there. There's much more than this

    hrd2imgn helped me out a few years ago now, but he was great to deal with, went above and beyond what I expected. As well, I had an excellent trade with TacoJammer recently.

    well.. melva02 gave me a ride to 2 ev shows. she.. didn't kill us or drive off a cliff so that's good :) she's also cool so if you were to trade/buy things with her i give her a good recommendation :)

    i havent traded with any of them but i can personally vouch for restlesssoul, dointheevolution and einatshaul. there is probably others as well

    oh and D is stellar but every one knows that.

    add vedderfan10, vedder soup, Hinny, Brisk, sarah canada and pegasus to that list. i know they have been added in other peoples list but i forgot pjbiz and mrs vedder78.

    Yes, I was going to vouch that washedinblack91 will not kill you if you give her a ride to a show. In fact she will be great company. I felt like I was at the EV shows with all my friends, even though I had just met most of them that day. Washedinblack91 knows other pit members too, and I would recommend her for a buy/trade too.

    Also, I met cc_nyc, who organized the EV NYC pre-parties, and she seemed like a very responsible person in addition to being friendly and cool. I wouldn't hesitate to trade/buy with her.

    I've never traded with Demetrios or LukinFan but they've given me free stuff, so I think that should count even more.

    I drove to NYC/Dc With him as a total stranger save meeting at the Vic for about 3 minutes and he didn't slit my throat. He was a great road buddy, drive with him with confidence. It was my car, he came along with me for the ride, great time Doug thanks
