I think it definitely ranks as one of the best shows they've done. They were really on fire that night.

Most from that era are absolutely amazing, especially ATL '94. I wish they would play a show with Dave A again to get some of that timing and intensity back. Once he left, their pacing changed. I still remember taping that off the radio and wearing out the cassette. :)
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)

I just think that in 20 years time when somebody wanted to have a listen to Pearl jam for the first time i wouldnt give them an lp, i would get them to listen to this gig. its truely amazing. ed's voice is so good it puts a smile on my face. and it all sounds so natural, no contrived at all. he was singing from the heart. effortless.

i wish i wish i wish i wish, i guess it never stops

if you're referring to the end of blood... i have seen video of him doing that and it's not a kill switch... he holds the mic in front of his face and moves it back and forth very fast to produce that stuttering effect.. it's quite cool... he seems to like to do that, as well as use his hands and cup them behind the mic to get a hollow effect on the vox.... what a showman! : )

Personally I think Paramount Theater, New York 1994-04-17 is a better gig. It has more emotion.

Last show of the tour, Ed lets his voice go wild.

It's also Dave's last show, and I believe it was one of the first shows they played after Kurts death (Ed speaks of it during the show)

Probably the best 1994 bootleg out there. :)
