Hey all,
Has anyone actually been on a TM course? I'm contemplating going on one in June (have been wondering about it for years since reading David Lynch's thoughts on the technique) and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with it they want to share.

I never took a class, but was walked through it. I am too antsy to meditate, I like things a little more fast paced. Although I did feel relaxed/refreshed afterwords.Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.... (Voltaire)0
