    I got a room booked at the Manchester Central Traveloge, got a family room for £30.

    I got 2 emails, one for London, and another one for Manchester, but then I received 3rd one saying Santos made a mistake sending that Manchester email...The tickets are in my profile, both for London and Manchester, but no real email yet. What to do, what to do?

    I had the same problem. Basically the answer I got from 10c : if it's in your order history, you're fine !!!
    Check your bank account, the amount should have been debited.
