can someone please clarify real quick?

ive been seeing all this talk about the password on ebay and im just confused. im not gonna make msg, but i am just wondering...

i thought the 10c presale already happened? i see on ticketmaster it says there is a 10c presale before the actual on sale date? what is the deal?
