STRONGLY suggest you look into getting the treehouse or whatever the heck that bar is called that goes straight into the venue
with the ex on and with the location not really being close to anything that doesn't involve a drive or a bus I think you need to be on site (plus there won't be parking for people who don't get there early during the day)
I can e-mail them if you like and see if they're willing
I can't see why they wouldn't let you set up a table somewhere
I can give you a hand if you like as well - I did a few for the canadian tour so I know a lot of the challenges you face with these things!!we're all sentient snowflakes0 -

Are there any hotels nearby that you can smoke in? I thought in Canada that cigarettes were standard issue at birth. Thanks for any help. 0
