    phone a friend or a parent/relative and get them to buy them and then transfer the money/write a cheque/withdraw hard cash and then give it straight back to them?

    they can't please everyone dude... some people dont even have a card of any kind... its the way the world is.
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
