    Here's to Europe :lol::D;)

    P.S. If (and its a big IF its not a Euro tour...please no bitching from the europeans....it doesnt suit us....lets all get drunk and stoned and listen to our Benoroya Hall vinyl instead :P

    Ha ha I can see it now. No Euro tour and the amount of threads being started.
    Have to say I'd be very disappointed as it can'tbe anything else ("across the pond..." remark).

    Al, do you have a Benaroya vinyl?? Jammy!!

    I just hope that if its a Euro tour the tkts are not onsale immediately. That would suck.

    Why not see them BOTH playing together at Pukkelpop?
    That would be great!

    That would be awesome, but Pukkelpop doesn't offer the kind of money PJ demands for festivals. But hey, there's still hope (and it's one hour away from home too!)

    I'm actually surprised at the amount they play Europe. They have had 2 full blown European tours since the last full US Tour. And you Europeans whine so much. :)

    Yeah and before that, we didn't see them for SIX YEARS :roll:
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    this is now beyond exciting, and Dunkman is so right...

    we here in the Uk get a raw deal compared to our American friends, and when you compare the crowds I('m surprised PJ are not here every year, christ the crowds over here actually look interested

    first class crowd : south america, then Italy, then Spain, then rest of Europe, then USA, of course there are more people in the usa, but listen a little for example the audience in Barcelona 2006, waouh close to madness

    can anyone remember what time of the day the thing the tweet was on about happened? i.e the tickets on sale?

    I received the email for the EV solo tour lottery at 1:23 pm (eastern time zone - NY) and I think the pit announcement thread was at the same time. I'm not sure if they will do the same for this one though. My guess is, either EV or PJ will be going to Europe. We can't have the Europeans staying up all freakin night waiting, so hopefully for them it will early. The lottery for the solo tickets was immediately following the email/thread.

    The Barcelona crowd was alot more into it than the Lisbon crowd was in 2006. I wasn't sure I would come out of it alive in Barcelona. It was like being at a metal concert :) Lisbon crowd was also very into it, but the barca crowd rocked out way harder, much more intense experience. Such a great memory coming out of the arena completely soaked in sweat from myself and 100's of other folks. Aaah, good times!

    Checking out israel would be very cool. One of the few european countries I have never been to.
