    I used firefox and still got logged out at the buy function 4 times!!!

    I got logged out once when trying for one of the Montreal shows. I think it was the first one. I ended up getting the tickets after a few more tries.

    it happened to me once and i didn't get tickets for that show

    glass is still 1/2 full, though :)

    yesterday was waaaay way better than the "vic experience"

    it ain't perfect yet!

    It happened to me too, and i definitely was not in there for more than 10-15 minutes...but no biggie, i got the tickets i wanted...

    Happened to me for Chicago 2...didn;t get any tix...oh well...hope everyone else has a nice time!

    happened to me more than once while trying to purchase Boston 1 and 2 .. I never got tix and I refreshed for 1 hour and 47 minutes.

    It happened to me, too. Couldn't figure out how I was logged out. I wondered if it logged me out after I had clicked on the tickets a certain number of times. After I discovered I was logged out when I finally clicked on a rarely seen "buy" button, I began to check to see if I was still logged in. Every once in a while, I would be logged out again. This made me wonder about the program only allowing you to hit the ticket/refresh button so many times.

    Happened to me 5 mind numbing times trying to buy United Palace tickets, 3X for night one, twice for night two, number of tickets acquired.. NONE!

    Same here. Was not logged for an hour or more and still I clicked on buy and it asked me to sign on. and then I got the message "Temporarily out of stock".

    This happened to me 4 times!
    After that no luck at all.

    it happened after i got the Buy button as well but there was nothing in my cart after i signed back in unfortunately.....

    oh well I am bummed but it is ok. These are small venues and they can't please everyone. Not sure I can even try TM tomorrow because of work and timing. So I may just miss this show.

    It happened to me both times yesterday when i did actually get the buy button instead of temporarily out of stock. Missed out on both shows. Guess i'll have to try ticketmaster tomorrow!

    I had tickets in my cart and I hit the Check Out button then I got this crazy cookie test message then the log on box. THE TICKETS WERE IN MY CART AND THEN THEY WERE GONE!!!!!!
    And if there's something you'd like to do. Oh, just let me continue to blame you.

    yes, I had that same experience. Very frustrating. I would have been ok just not getting any chance at all. It happened 1 time for the first night tickets, and then twice for the second night. and the second night, I logged in 3 mins before sale time.
