 Seriously.
I keep giving up on women because I'm doing all the work. They agree to meet me out, but I drop them after a few dates because they've shown no sign of wanting to make plans or ask ME when I'm available.
Do guys have to do all the work, or are these particular girls just not that interested?
You have to do all the work. What you need to understand is the sense of entitlement attractive young women have. Whether or not they're interested in you is irrelevant, because you are only of interest to them insofar as you give them something to do on the weekend and make them feel hot and their friends feel jealous. No guy she sees has any claim on her, you are all just guys she's keeping on deck for the day she decides to settle. Wait until they hit 30 or so and their friends are all having kids and her biological clock starts ticking. Then you'll find women that start to pull their weight in a relationship and call you with ideas for the weekend. Until then, she has no need to call you because she can just accept the date with the former quarterback and ride him until she's walking funny... no need to limit herself by appearing too interested in any one guy.
Man this is so true. Great fucking post.He who forgets will be destined to remember.

I don't like to be chased at all. If I don't show interest, don't push. I don't like to be pressured and it's the biggest turn off in the world to me to keep pushing.0

Agreed 100%! Problem is for the proor men of the world, some women love the mind games. How's a guy supposed to know which are playing and which ones really aren't interested. :?0

I'm not going to play games with her. She's either being a pain or she's really not that interested.. She knows I want to go out again. I mentioned this coming weekend, but only after she was "busy" the past few weekends.. I'll see if she reminds ME. I invited her to my friends birthday party, but "she didn't like the bar it was at".. I'm done pushing. I'm a smart, attractive, guy. If she can't give me a second date, thats probably the reason she is 28 and single.PJGARDEN wrote:FuzzyDunlop wrote:PJGARDEN wrote:I don't like to be chased at all. how insightful. :?
seriously, i just don't *get* that, at all. given that when walking around just about anywhere it usually seems like couples are about the same in attractiveness or the woman is usually a bit more attractive than her mate...i just don't see, at all, how it is more difficult for an attractive male to score an attractive female that he likes.Stay with me...

Could say a similar thing about blokes aswell! Blokes will settle down when they're ready and not a moment too soon. Us girls might aswell not bother and I reckon blokes should walk around with a sign on their heads saying 'Ready to settle'. Pretty much. Until a guy is ready to settle, you are just another notch in his belt and a good story for him to brag about to his friends. But he'll do the chasing to get the sex. So at least you usually know he's interested in that sense. If he's not calling again, it's because he's already bagged you and the hunt is over and it's on to the next kill.
Both sexes are equally cruel and heartless, just in different ways. And since the OP was trying to hook up with girls, I figured my thoughts on the callous things guys do wouldn't help him much 0 0

If I'm really into someone I show interest and they know, Im not really a chaser persay. I kind of wait for the guy to make the first move. These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.0

The problem lies in the "I show interest and they know" part... Women think that it is obvious to guys that they are showing interest, but a lot of times us guys are just oblivious to clues or hints. You could be totally interested in a guy, but waiting for him to make the first move.... and the guy could be into you, but not have a clue that you are interested, so he doesn't make a move.My whole life

Yep, this is true...guys can be oblivious to the signs. So I just tell them straight out how I feel These cuts are leaving creases.
