    Something's making my nerves a mess.... I'm clenching my jaw, my neck is tense, I'm chewing on the insides of my cheeks and I haven't been able to sleep well.... I'm not sure what or who the culprit is.

    It's interesting to me, in a scientific kind of way, that tiredness can really wreak havoc with so much. To lie in bed unable to sleep is to open one's head to every slimy little fear fink who can sneak in and whisper!! :shock: :mrgreen:
