Drop in the Park

I can't say anything without saying too much. Heard this for the first time yesterday and was moved to tears(happy ones) sp powerful and playing so well..that's my boys, that's the band i fell in love with..so powerful! haven't been that excited to hear Evenflow in years and years..and State..it's the definitive version for me from now on..pure magic!

    i can see why they chose that particular show for the deluxe reissue. porch just burns! i can't say i've heard a faster version. i still like chicago 95 and atlanta 94 for their length, but the drop in the park version is tops for me now. just when you think it can't get any faster, once ed returns to the stage to finish the song it goes into another dimension of speed, energy, craziness!

    yeah, the drop in the park porch is crazy. i love the jesus christ pose riffs they throw into the jam!

    NewJ-they TOTALLY go into a Soundgarden riff during Porch..it's beautiful..those photos of Dave Grohl & Krist Novewhatshisname hiding behind the amps while their playing says it all....great great great show...

    what must it have taken outta Ed to be 'that guy' for every single show?

    exhausting beyond imagining ...even to listen to...

    yeah, the old antics of Ed have me fearing for MY OWN life every time i watch a porch vid. crazy crazy stuff. and yes, that soundgarden riffing KILLS! Here's hoping the vault is opened soon and we have access to more of this goodness!
