kinda reminds me of what I just had for dinner  one of those days when I'd to throw together a lot of things cos of the lack of anything major... so I fried 2 cloves thinly chopped garlic in butter, added plenty of mushrooms and three slices of bacon sliced, then a drop of white wine, few drops of worcester sauce, plenty of pepper, a bit of double cream and plenty of grated cheddar cheese  and served with two slices of toasted buttered harvester brown bread :? it wasn't as nice as I thought it would be  I think the wine may have ruined it... or too much cheese.. not sure... but it didn't taste healthy surprisingly enough :D but garlic's good for the heart right? So I'm hoping it will cancel out the butter, cream, cheese and bacon :D

Worcester in a cream sauce?? And, I always use a lil cooking sherry in a cream sauce, instead of white wine.

I put worcester sauce in almost anything... just a few drops... I love it :D and it goes best with cheese and pig anyway. The white wine usually works for me... I just think this one was the wrong one.

But...worcester...in a cream sauce? I'm a big fan of worcester sauce...but it's a smoky flavor! In a cream sauce?! Hey, whatever floats your boat.

bacon's kinda smokey and mushrooms are earthy... I don't agree that worcester sauce is smokey... it's kinda ehhh... bittersweetish  but yeh, it works :)

Similar to the first recipe, but instead of cheese . . . there's more pork.

hey changeinwaves nice avatar! speaking of things that should have killed me...when i worked the overnight shift, almost nightly i'd hit up the wawa down the block for a cheesesteak or meatball parm sub and a cup of coffee mmmmm. actually my specialty was 2/3 coffee, a little less than 1/3 hot chocolate and top it off with french vanilla. damn i'm making myself hungry!
