Basically I paid for the set of vinyl, was told they were shipped, never heard fromt he guy again. No tracking number and nothing ever arrived. I'm not sure these items ever existed.
He actually commited mail fraud by receiving a US postal money order via US mail and not providing the goods he offered. Apparently he doesnt find that important but that may change.
I tried to get the mods here involved but with no response from them either. I know they cant be responsible for transactions here but when this site is being used to steal from others I think they have some responsibility to act. If nothing else. boot the guy from the 10C and revoke any senority.
OUCH! Yeah - it must have been a scam. Money orders are basically cash - no going back, like with Paypal. You should report this to your post office and/or police. Did you mail it to his address? You should google-maps his address, and street view it to see if it's a house, or whatnot.

Yeah... I'm following up on all that. I'm trying to give the guy a chance to at least explain and return my money (been 3 months). He wants to play quiet mouse so I guess I'll have to do it by other means. His choice.
Damn dude, this guy sounds like a scumbag. Sucks that you got burned but hopefully you get your money back and he gets what he deserves. Wonder if he's even a member if he hasn't been posting seeing that this was 3 months ago when it was everyone's board. Now that it's 10c only, maybe he's not a member.

Well...he's still logging in here (you can see that under his account properties) and has been through this whole process. So, he's got an internet connection, his fingers work, and still nothing from him. I actually considered the guy may have died as his last login and the last email I got from him were the same day. Then I saw he was logging in here again after that. So... alive and kicking and stealing money. Quality individual.
Forget it that's impossible, he doesn't have a set of ball, if he had at lest one he would talk to the guy.

ahahah....perfect! You know if the guy had just offered some sort of explaination or maybe just respond at all....but this cat is just unreal. I just wouldnt expect that from someone here. It's normally a cool place with people who seem honest and normal. Guess I found the one who isnt.
