PDF to Image?

How could i convert the album art to an image so i can add the artwork to itunes? any help would be appreciated.

    There is itunes artwork here but it's not specific for each show:
    http://pearljam.com/goods/pj2008_extras.zip

    To convert the PDF, you can open it in Photoshop or another photo editor and save as a JPG.

    I use a screen capture program that lets me draw a box around the picture and paste it into itunes. It's good for copying album covers from amazon and avoiding the extra white space at the bottom of some amazon pictures.

    I use FS Capture, which used to be available in a free portable version. Try to find that one or google up another free program. PrintKey2000 is pretty good too, I use that at work.
