Help burning DVD's

I downloaded a torrent of a DVD of a concert. It is in .VOB, .IFO, and .BUP files. I know that one is the actual video, one is menus, etc. The problem is when I click Burn DVD in either one of the burning programs I have (Nero and Sonic Digital Media Plus) and try to select the files, the program seems to only recognize the .vob files. I dont know if i'm doing something wrong or if the programs i have wont burn these files. If they wont burn them can you tell me a program (free) that will or explain how to burn it in a program I have.

    if you are using nero, create a new dvd video session, open up the dvd folder then drag and drop all the dvd files into the VIDEO_TS folder, then burn it

    to be honsest there isnt any good free dvd burning software
