    Thinking I might cause a bit of a ruckus in the Porch. I am gonna start a thread basically saying I got caught up in the whole poster-mania thats sweeping the site. Then im gonna talk about my first successful trade, and how I folded their poster up to fit in an A3 envelope as the poster tubes were too expensive and I didnt see what the fuss is about

    Still deciding what poster to say I sent. Might make one of you guys the lucky recipient, so play along haha

    Also, many who collect these posters are serious art collectors. Condition of the print matters ALOT.

    What you did is unforgivable. If I were you I would suck it up and send her the print and money back. I take it you recieved a nice condition poster from her?

    Yeah and to save you money....fold it up and post it in an envelope....just as long as you wrap it in acid free paper :eek: :D

    Thanks to South of Seattle for outing me.

    I was a lot of fun and to those who feared I put the trading of posters in jeaopardy, i apologise.

    I was looking for some harmless fun, and as someone else posted, there was nothing mean or untoward, but even if there was, I know it's not personal.

    I love posters and have a few myself, but no where near the level of some around here, the true appreciators (is that a word??) of the art.

    Thanks to all who responded, it made me laugh, and please dont bar me from any future potential trades :D:D
