Oh my freaking gosh

Is anyone watching the show in TLC, called Half Man Half Tree????!?!?!

Its this guy in Indonesia that has a condition that makes "root like structures" grow out of his limbs.

Holy crap. I have never ever seen something like this in my life. It's on right now on TLC in the central time zone.

    Just to clarify, HPV is what caused this, not Herpes.

    Yeah, HPV is a STD that can cause warts or infections resulting in precancerous lesions. But enough derailing of this thread, carry on. :)

    The wife was watching this as I got home last night. Holy hell was that crazy to see. The doctors telling him to go at those things with a hacksaw. WTF????

    I watched that last night and thanks to that i did not sleep.

    it made me actually cry watching it...and then as i was falling asleep I kept rubbing my hands and feet to assure myself that I do not have the condition.

    and I didnt want to close my eyes in case I woke up with tree hands.

    and his friends also scared me. I feel horrible for them but they are truly scary. I get panicky feelings in my hands and feet...and I have been obsessively rubbing my limbs and nose.
