ipod/itunes help

so i just plugged in my iPod to sync it like i do every night and now its not recognizing it??

is it the iPod, computer, itunes...HELp
I will be what i could be
Once I get out of this town

    ok so now it says one of the devices attached to the usb port has malfunctioned??? :eek: help!!!!!

    are you using a usb hub or is it plugged directly to the computer

    im using the usb cord that came with my ipod so i guess hub???

    this same thing happened to my co-worker the other day. i came into the work the other morning and my entire itunes library was erased, pretty weird.

    If you can access itunes, you can get to their help forum. I had a problem last year with my library being deleted, and after some searching on their forum, I was able to retrieve everything and reinstall in about 10 minutes. They have subjects on there about everything. They probably have your answer to your ipod question there.

    It has stopped automatically synching for me, but there is some button to press to manually sync it.
