It's hard to believe...but yes...some people actually want to die...or at the very least to escape from the pain they are feeling...even if the desire is fleeting and once on the other side of the feeling the person is astonished they ever wanted to die, the desire is very real. Collin used the word "trapped" which I think is very accurate...suicide is the ultimate escape from a situation or feelings that seem unbearable. It's easier to believe that it's attention seeking...it's hard to grasp that often it is much much more than that.
