    Thanks for the congrats..............but him and I are a "thing of the past" but it's nice that we are still friends....5 years later. In my head, he is still "the one"!! I'd do anything for him. I don't think he feels the same. But wow, the friendship rules! :D

    calling off work sick today made my day. ease me into the week a little better....lol. its a cool but sunny day out...so that makes me smile!

    getting a present from a student here at work as thanks and appreciation, was very sweet, took me by total surprise! it's easy to forget what impact one has on others i guess.

    she took time off of work to be with me today.
    it made me remember that through all of this crap i'm still really lucky.

    picking up my car that was fixed really fast and having to pay ZERO dollars after I was quoted at 125 for the repair. Yay volkswagen!

    my boss calling me to tell me she was taking the afternoon off, and therefore I was taking the day off too! yay!

    sitting in the new volkswagen tiguan and falling in love.. looks like someone is going to be trying to convince the husband that I need this car!!!!

    You know how sometimes you feel like crying, or you know it is coming and then someone can instantly stop it from happening without even thinking? And you completely forget about how sad you were?
    That makes my day.

    And my son dancing around and singing out his itinerary:

    "Mommy!!! Let's go to the toy store, I will save my mac and cheese for later!!! And then we will go to my Doctor!"

    He loves lists. :p
    He loves San Dimas.
