    hey that's a lot of paper wastage, you should try and recycle by wiping the seat using one side, and then next time use the other side of that same paper :D;)

    I'm confused?- If you mean the toiler cover keep that up- you never know what your gonna find better to leave it - if you mean both up - not if there is a lady around- we fall in in the dark! Thats why ladies get mad- they've gotten their asses wet!

    i close the lid while taking a shower, perfect place to keep your towel

    I don't know why anyone makes a big deal out of that. It is what it is. If you live with a good guy and that's the 'worst' thing he does, I don't think that is a big deal, just put it back down.

    but you have to remember to check though or else you could have an accidental "plop!"

    Nothing worse than coming home drunk and having to number 2 and then you site down and the seat is up. Plus I close it so the dog doesn't get after the Toilet water :)

    if you drop a deuce that is noteworthy, (an iceberg especially) use as little tp as possible not to block the view of the next user to admire your handywork.

    wasnt there a thread here a while ago about the mess guys make when they pee in general

    look perfect soloution ... there just should be two toilets - one inside for girls to use, and keep clean and blu and pretty, and a lid thats always down

    and one outside for the boys, that can be as stinky and pee stained and lidless as they want

    We've had this discussion numerous times. My contention is that the entire seat and lid should ALWAYS be put down after you go no matter who you are. And since I lived on my own for so long and have always had to do all the cleaning and scrubbing, it makes more sense for guys to just go sitting down in my opinion. Why make a nasty mess if you don't have to?
    The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

    Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.

    seat and lid down in my house....I have two dogs that I'd prefer not drink from the toilet. Guests are fine....if they leave it up, I don't go chasing after them to put it down (though if one of my nephews' pees and doesn't clean up after a miss, I make a public scene. Their mother can clean up after them at home, not here...plus they're 10, plenty old enough to know better). Someone said it earlier too, just looks neater
    believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

    seat + lid = ALWAYS down, problem solved. no longer a gender issue, period. this is what we have always done in our house. besides, it's far better to keep the lid down anyway, no risk of dropping anything in the toilet! :p
