    um... I love chili... and I live in Colorado...
    what is Chili Colorado, and do they have good dip?
    P.S. I eat chili by dipping chips in it, but I don't consider chili a dip!

    Chile (not with an I) Colorado is precicely what it sounds like: "Red Chili Sauce" but before you think it's the crap in a bottle...um, nope...it is slightly blended, yet still kinda chunky but the main feature is it's use of both jalapenos and "yellow" chiles...and they are fire roasted.


    also, it's about the flavour and not the heat...so, as I call it "sabrosa" (which may or may not be "correct" spanish) is way more important than, say...burning your mouth and butt hole. :D

    oh yeah, and it's cooked...slowly simmered...ahhhhhh *begins planning to make some when i get home*

    no, it is about 2 things... chips, and dip....
    any kind of chips, any kind of dip, but salsa, is NOT a diP!
