    hmmm, apparently i swim against the tide of AET. i wash my hair dead last. face always gets washed first b/c i use different cleanser on my face....then use a great moisturizing body wash on a pouf from the neck down...then any loofahing, pumice stone on feet occasionally, any shaving...and then i wash, condition and comb thru my hair. weird all our little habits/rituals.

    yep....every time i shower i brush them....and then right before i go to bed. At first it was kinda weird brushing them in there....btu after a while it all makes sense...and the warm water to rinse your mouth out is the bomb....no really chilly water on those sensitive gums!!
