    You are so picky.
I used to have a little crush on Cilcia but then I met him and he is more like a brother to me. :) I would prefer that to a crush any day.
    :)

Someone asked about having a crush on someone you have never seen a picture of. I can be attracted to someone's mind, but I really need to see the whole package before making the decision. But by that time it probably wouldn't matter.

I am just a little picky :p besides Rygar dumped me for some circus midget :(

    You mean footie.
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
  • actually, me too. she is one of the few people on here whose face i have seen (and that only in a picture).

funny how people on here who we hear from so much, and actually get attached to, are pretty much faceless to us...

so my question is, had anyone ever had a crush on someone here WITHOUT actually seeing what he/she looks like?

I think it can happen. As Trix said one can be attracted to someone's mind and it piques your curiousity from there...

    Lesson two duly noted.
"I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"

    Yes, yes I did.

As a matter of fact, I think I'm the only one who has given a straight answer here, even if it was purely hypothetical :D (I'd never like to presume that any older lady would in fact be comfortable with such discourse with a gentleman of my age :D)

    What about YOU Jamie?

He keeps bringing this thread up from the depths.
