Ever wake up from a nap, look at the clock, and wonder if it's morning or night?

Yup. But it 4 in the afternoon here. Is it not sunny at 7 am there?I was swimming in the Great Barrier Reef
Animals were hiding behind the Coral
Except for little Turtle
I could swear he's trying to talk to me

It's worse when you wake up in the morning of a weekday thinking it's the weekend. :(0

Yes, naps screw with my body clock... so I don't take them."I remember one night at Muzdalifa with nothing but the sky overhead, I lay awake amid sleeping Muslim brothers and I learned that pilgrims from every land — every colour, and class, and rank; high officials and the beggar alike — all snored in the same language"0

It's also bad waking up early on the weekend, thinking it's a work day. But then the Saturday morning Ninja Turtles make it all okay.I was swimming in the Great Barrier Reef

It's 11.33am ADST Sunday morning here and I have FINALLY just had the best nearly 10 hours, uninterrupted, nightmare free, non drug enhanced sleep that I have had in probably at least 6 months.NOPE!!!

is that the thing where you stop breathing for several seconds and then wake up?

I was wondering that too. I've heard of it before though, when people stop breathing in their sleep. Apparently my boyfriend is the kind of person likely to suffer from this. (In his case because he's over weight and smokes). Is this right or is it something completely different?0 -

It's not caused by smoking or being overweight. But if he already suffers from it, maybe those things make it worse?Another habit says it's in love with you
