    Still can't believe I'm going to see Eddie tonight. It's going to be a whole new musical experience. I want more like 7pm to get its ass over here.

    I'll call your Black Crowes and Raise you My Morning Jacket 12/31/08 @MSG...I forgot what holiday that is, something to do with waking up with a head ache the next day

    i'm sorry, you are 'raising' me...with MMJ? over the black crowes?! :eek: um...no contest. sorry. you can have your MMJ. i saw them way, way too many times opening for pj in europe. if i never have to see them again, it'll be too soon. ;) they are just not for me. altho i did thoroughly enjoy the who cover they did with ed. :D

    btw - it actually saddens me to read MMJ @ MSG for NYE. lots of acronyms there, haha. i saw the black crowes @ MSG for NYE a few years ago, GREAT way to welcome in the new year! i was kinda hoping for someone i deem a cool band for NYE @ MSG. eh well, guess i'll have to make other plans, so thanks for the heads up. :p

    lol, here's that thread. so just in case you're interested...it did rain a bit when we were out, but there was barely any thunder and lightning. we finished second from last with a score of 86 (par was.......72, i think?). and we won a skin. sadly, none of the holes before the one we won were carried over, so we only won $15. instead of calculating 15 split 4 ways, i just gave $5 to each of my teammates.

    all in all, it was a great time. can't wait for next year.
