    Hahaha! Why yes...yes there is. I believe the Boston Jai Alai team (The New England Teabaggers) is going up against the New York Jai Alai team (The NYC Fudgenuts).

    When Boston plays NY it ALWAYS makes for a good weekend!

    pray for no thunderstorms tomorrow in central new york. i've got my team all ready for our captain and crew and it'd suck if one of us got struck while in one of the tee boxes. the paper (yesterday) was calling for a t-storm or two on saturday.

    i really hope you're right. i've been looking forward to this for at least a month now. we know we don't stand a chance at winning the whole thing (some of the other teams bring in outstanding ringers every year), but we're hoping to squeeze a skin or two. but even if that doesn't happen, big deal. pretty good times have been had tooling around in golf carts and getting hammered beyond belief.

    i just checked syracuse.com and it says showers and a possible t-storm in the afternoon. so that's better than what they were saying yesterday. maybe by tomorrow they'll completely drop the idea of a t-storm coming through. the radar looked almost clear, too. the only rain that was showing up moving toward syracuse was "light showers". but i don't know how far into the weekend the radar was projecting.

    i am PSYCHED for the weekend and all next week. :D


    took my 2 floating holidays and 1 vacation day to have a beautiful 5 day weekend. :cool: gonna just relaaaaxxxxx all weekend and the 4 concerts monday thru thursday! hubby and i are seeing the police monday...his first time ever.....i am seeing ed solo tuesday....we're seeing STP together wednesday, just picked up SWEET seats today...and then i am seeing the police's final concert at MSG with my sis thursday. :) sure, working thursday and friday, but barely. ;) thursday will be a blur and then friday is a big firm-wide celebration, so a day of getting paid to party! food and drink - yay!

    Wow thats pretty bad-ass..have fun at all the shows

    I'm also going to see Ed on Tuesday...the official pre-party starts this weekend for me. I have been listening to the West Coast EV shows and am very excited for Tuesday
