    Me too!! :(

    I was off Saturday but had to work for a few hours Sunday morning. I felt too terrible (achy, congested and coughing) to really do anything for the rest of the weekend other than watching like 16 hours of Law and Order.

    Saturday went out on a limb and went out w/someone I just met and had a total blast. Went to see band who played some great 80's stuff - Cure, Smiths, U2, Echo and the Bunnymen....so much fun! One of those people I felt like I knew forever b/c the chemistry was so amazing :D:D

    Sunday went wine tasting out on LI. Weather was phenomenal. PERFECT day :) Saw some old friends that I have not seen in over a year and played left, right, center with some great girlfriends!

    Yesterday went to a BBQ - good food, drinks, and my best girlfriends from high school.

    Exhasuting, but loads of fun.

    sounds fantastic! and truly, sunday on long island was *PERFECT*...i could not get over how truly amazing the weather was. loved every minute of it, and spent every waking moment, and even some half-asleep....outside.

    I had a nice weekend. I took Saturday off. My Mom is up from Florida. We went out to supper Saturday night at a place w/outdoor seating. The food was super tasty.

    Then we went out to brunch on Sunday, and Mom cooked steak (!) with potatoes(!) for dinner! It was so tasty!!!!!

    Yesterday was also my brother's b-day so she made more supper for him and we had a cake.

    BUSY!!

    Son's baseball game Friday night. Went to a swim party all day Saturday. Bought a dishwasher. Went to parent's lake house Sunday-Monday. Took son fishing. Helped the old man change out the water heater at the lake house and mow and weed-eat and trim trees.

    Had to go to work today to get some rest.

    The weather really made the weekend considering it rained and was cold during the week out here. Sun and warmth arrived just in time.

    i would LOVE it if the entire summer was *exactly* like sunday weather-wise. altho hell, i wouldn't mind spending every day of the summer exactly as i did sunday either. ;)


    seriously tho.....PERFECT!
    i keep saying it - haha - but it's just soooo true! quite warm but not hot....great breeze....very fresh air.....BRIGHT blue sky...amazing sun = PERFECT! :cool:

    awesome weekend
    sat, clean up around the house-organize paper work, little hiking in the woods with my boy, Syracuse lacrosse game, a FINE bottle of wine

    Sun monaco GP in the AM/BBQ at the house with friends
    Mon all day at the park with th efamily, spectacular day

    all in all a great one, but man having fun is a lot of work-Im beat today.

    The gf and I had a great weekend:

    Cooked Stirfry dinner on Friday night, chicken parmegan on Sunday night, and Jerk chicken last night...yum yum!

    Did some shopping, saw Indiana Jones, Foals (the band) and Stephen Marley.

    Woke up at 7am on Sunday to watch my football club (Leeds United) lose :(

    Wow, Taylor never rests...they got back from SE Asia a few weeks back, and they leave for Europe later this week!

    went to the beach with some friends. drank too much on Friday night. ate a bad hamburger on Saturday and ended up with the shits all night Saturday.

    probably more than you wanted to know.
