  • Hey guys i know this isnt a possiblility in New Zealand,
But it looks pretty concrete in Hawaii right?

    Anyhow i was thinking,

I think PJ will announce dates within the next 2 weeks,

    Because,
U2 will announce their dates this week...
And i think theyre going to try and get their shows reasonbly close together,
I remember when Bono joined PJ on stage, Its not unlikely.

Maybe we are in for some sort of suprise...

All i can say is... Make sure your 10C membership is upto date!

In the meantime, Scott what are you thinking? Any advancements in the Vector Arena? Or at least any acts trying to sign on?

I know you mentioned Powderfinger playing in October? Man that would be ACE, but i dont know if they would?

Again I just repeat what I am told. However everything I say from now on is personal opinion stuff.

U2 will announce in the next few days. This is going to be interesting. My understanding of following that pretty closely is that they will start the tour in Australia, then NZ, then Japan/Hawaii (but i could be completely wrong). The rumoured U2 dates for Auckland are November 24/25 (which I hope are wrong cos thats my wedding and it would completely fuck the whole thing up with half my guests (including all my groomsmen) having tickets - so we would have to organise to go on the friday with the wedding saturday.

As you know, PJ will be in Perth then, no chance of an eddie appearance.

WHat will be interesting will be how Australia copes with three big tours - PJ U2 and Robbie Williams all ontop of each other. Logistically, it may be hard - crew and lighting etc set ups.

No news on vector yet - I think they are scared to announce something and have to cancel it, but the website is still saying 31 August for completion

    Cheers
    Scott

I think it will be after the vector opening date/band is confirmed....So I think we are still a few weeks away yet. I doubt PJ will announce before venue is ready..

We have to keep this in perspective though - yes the Australian dates have been out for a while but shit they were early - like 6 months before the shows.

Unless somebody is stringing me along, which would fuck me off to no end. But I have about 3 people telling me stuff, so I hope what I have said is right haha.
