    there's a reason they're doing it here in the US...it's called desparation.

    just be happy your govenment is re-investing in your infrastructure (assuming they are). we're crumbling here in the US....

    Fuck the rebate, I'd be happy with getting money back in my return. I'd never want to trade governments, even with the piece of shit we have in office currently.

    Move then....plus the rebate in the States is a futile effort to boost a struggling economy.....just as stupid when Ralph Klein gave a rebate to Albertans....dumb....spend the money on more police/schools/high-ways/etc....

    Never had a problem at all finding one....(plus it has nothing on being in Alberta).....the one big problem with our system is that it is log jammed with people who do not need to see a doctor (minor illness, sore muscles, etc.)...if more people only went to a doctor when they actually needed to the system would not be as congested.....critical things are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner....and that is what matters the most....well at least for me....

    Exactly do not compain how you waited two hours to see a doctor because you had the sniffles....seriously the guy that just came in with a broken leg DOES deserve more attention than you.....
